Privacy policy.
This policy explains what personal data ABZSECURE collects, why, how it is protected, and the rights you have over it. In short: the only personal data collected is what you choose to send, it is used solely to respond to you, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.
01Information we collect
We collect only the information you actively provide:
- Contact form data — your name, email, company, and the details you include when submitting an enquiry.
- Correspondence — the content of emails or messages you send us.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party pixels. No behavioural data is collected as you browse this site.
02How we use it
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your enquiry and correspond with you.
- Where an engagement follows, prepare scoping and contractual documents.
03Legal basis
Where GDPR or equivalent regulations apply, our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where an engagement proceeds, performance of a contract.
04Data processors
Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to our email hosted by Zoho Mail. Both are bound by their own data-protection commitments. No other third parties receive your data.
05How we protect it
As a security consultancy, we hold our own data handling to the standards we advise clients on:
- Enquiry data is accessed only by Abdullah Bin Zarshaid.
- Engagement evidence and client data are stored encrypted, under NDA, and destroyed after the agreed retention period.
- Access follows least-privilege principles, consistent with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control expectations.
06Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary for correspondence and legal record-keeping, then deleted. Engagement records are retained per the contractual retention period agreed with each client.
07Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email contact@abzsecure.com and we will respond within statutory timeframes.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in practice or law. The last-updated date above always reflects the current version.
